The UK Electronic Travel Authorisation is a digital permit required for visitors from eligible countries who wish to enter the United Kingdom. It is linked electronically to your passport and is valid for two years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.
Most applications receive a decision within 24 hours. In some cases it may take up to three working days. We submit your application as soon as you complete the form.
If your ETA is refused due to an error we made during submission, we will resubmit your application at no additional cost. If the refusal is for eligibility reasons outside our control, we will advise you on your options.
